We manufacture our access doors here at our facility in Selbyville DE USA.

We make 3 different types of access door at 4 different sizes depending on your application. (the frame is what is different the door itself does not change) The frame is made of 16 gage G-90 galvanized steel. The door is made of 22 gage G-90 galvanized steel with 3/4 insulation on the back.

TYPES OF ACCESS DOORS

NEW WORK ACCESS DOORS : These doors /frames are made to be put in a block foundation when you are building the foundation. They are 32 inches wide (2 blocks width) we have 4 different heights 16” 20” 23 ½” 32”.

REPLACEMENT ACCESS DOORS: These doors/frames are made to mount on the outside of the foundation. They have a 2 ¼ flange on the height side of the frame and have to mounted with screws. They are 32 ¼ wide we have 4 different heights 16” 20” 23 ½” 32”

POURED WALL ACCESS DOOR: These doors/frames are made to be used inside the forms when you are pouring a foundation instead of laying block. They have a 7 ½ frame and go inside of the concrete forms. We only make 2 sizes of this type they are both 32" wide the height is 23 ½" and 32".

CUSTOM ACCESS DOORS: We also manufacture custom replacement doors if are standard doors will not work for you. They are made as replacement frames with the 2 ¼ flange that have to be screwed to the outside of the foundation.
